What does this service cost?
Essentially, it costs nothing. We are a 100% contingency-based service and earn a percentage of the final implemented savings over a period of time. If there are no savings, there are no fees, period.
How much time will this take from me and my staff?
After an initial discovery meeting detailing the scope of work, the collection of invoices and contracts is the only time invested. Average time required throughout the whole process is about 3-5 hours from start to finish.
How long does this process usually take?
Skyline’s process can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the number and complexity of the categories investigated.

At Skyline we evaluate, negotiate, and implement these categories all day, every day. This provides us with an enormous amount of benchmarking data, comparative market analysis, and leverage when negotiating new contracts. To date, Skyline has found savings for more than 97% of our clients.
What if you do an evaluation of our bills and Skyline can’t find any savings?
If Skyline doesn’t find any savings, you owe us nothing, and you have received a free second opinion to confirm that you are market competitive.

Our experience has taught us that every engagement is different. Therefore we cannot predict any savings without accurate data. However, we have found our customers an average of approximately 25-30% cumulative savings for all of the categories we investigate compared to what they were spending.

Absolutely not. We are not interested in disrupting vendor relationships, but will take the time to verify if your current vendor is market competitive. At the end of the day, it is your decision; we just show you all of your options. Most of the time we are able to renegotiate with your incumbent supplier for reduced costs with equal or higher service level agreements.
